I am not a Mike Huckabee fan at all. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing as far as I’m concerned. In this case, however, he is absolutely correct. In fact he doesn’t go far enough, in my opinion. He forgets that appointment to the Supreme Court is not without oversight. The justices – and the justices of its subordinate courts – are all subject to review, impeachment and subsequent removal by Congress.
To put it bluntly… all the angst about judicial activism and legislating from the bench? The blame for that lies 100% with Congress. They have the power to end it any time they choose.
