Do not trust it. This guy is not going away anytime soon. If he is stepping down here, it’s because Obama is wanting him somewhere else. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ginsberg announced her retirement just after the fall election and an attempt to get Holder into SCOTUS before the lame duck is over.
